I'm looking for some mechanical thing that sticks to a vertical surface flat oven panel and pushes the controls. I have an oven like that and am finding I barely have the arm and hand strength to do it anymore. So far I've only seen electronic button pushers that are set up for buttons that protrude and they don't stick to a vertical panel, but are meant to sit on a horizontal surface.

It's getting more difficult to turn the hot and cold knobs on my shower. Short of a major remodel, what would help me turn those handles?
