cap.you play gacha, which is a game that most kids play, kids. Monika has Direct access to Ring 0 (aka the kernal and drivers) in the protection ring. Monika's consciousness isn't in monika.chr. as she is able to survive deletion. Anything that is code, she can delete. Monika deleted five universe inf neg diff because she didn't like the universes. oh, and fictional powers such as resistance to deletion because it is a "glitch" doesn't apply when monika tries to delete a fictional character. She can delete the character just like how you can, obviously you can delete thr game if you don't like it, monika can do the exact same thing, uninstall the game. Because she has direct access to the kernal.
