Everyone loves Jalapeno Poppers, I think!

Crispy Jalapeno Poppers - you can never go wrong with these tbh.
Jalapeno halves stuffed with cream cheese, cheese, and spring onions/chives.
DOUBLE COATED in breadcrumbs for that extra crunch and then fried till golden and crisp all over. It's oozy, flavourful, and mega cheesy.

This is party food, this is games night food, and this is definitely movie night food. Throw me a plate of these, some nachos, and some fries, and I'll be very content.
If you're not keen on the jalapeno heat, blanch them! Or use some sweet long red peppers and stuff those instead. They'll still be epic.
