Rising energy prices affect everyone

There's a warning of a cost of living crisis, with household energy bills rising by up to £400 a year and council taxes rising by up to 5%.

Rising gas prices have forced farms and factories to stop production -- and seen several energy businesses go bust.

Ofgem says it cannot guarantee household bills won't rise in the spring when it reviews the price cap.

Everyone using the excuse "our costs are going up"... is causing prices to go up.

I live alone in a 1 bedroom flat and I'm now changing my way of living - no heating on at all, cook in oven and then sit near it to absorb the heat after, wipe instead of shower, make warm soup to keep warm, 2 layers of duvet, hot water bottle, thermal clothes to sleep, 3 layers of top, drink tea, open window for ventilation, not using dryer, and switch lights in other rooms off

Research how much more PROFIT these companies are making since raising prices. It’s Billions.
If this had something to do with these companies needing to cover their rising costs, surely their profit wouldn’t boost like this… ??
They’ve given their investors (other rich dickheads) bonus payouts as a result!
