My mom bought one of these as a grandkid hauler. It’s nice, roomy, comfortable and a good value for all the features you get. We love it.

I do like all the tech. The one thing that is a dealbreaker for me with this trim is the fact you have to get captains chairs. They don't work well for my family. We need three across in the second row and I wish some companies got that people might want both the nicest trims and a bench. Honda seems to get it but most don't.

This is the most accessible vehicle to transition from my 2017 Santa Fe Unlimited, so it's still on my list of candidates. I've driven a Palisade as a rental vehicle with many bells and whistles, including the rearview mirror/camera (it takes some time to get used to, so I kept it analog most of the time). If I had to decide today, I'd aim for the Calligraphy model (Night Edition optional) or whatever is one level below that trim (Limited?).
