The image of Zac Brown photobombing the Ferrari celebratory team photo is one of the best F1 shots I’ve seen - virtually all the Ferrari folk are laughing and/or applauding. This represents the best of the sport in the spirit of friendly competition. Well done Zac, Ferrari and great shot, Kym.

Too much-being friends and pals in the paddock. Lawson is a breath of fresh air - a combative clean driver, who stays within the rules, is fast, keeps it on the track, doesn't put it into the wall, is feisty and not there to be Mr popular but rather just be a hard-nosed competitor who defends his position on the track while gaining a few himself. I like him and think he would make a good shield for Max while Max gets on with the business upfront.

Mexican F1 fan here. I don’t really care for Lando, I prefer Piastri. But the boo’s during the podium are uncalled for. Just either clap or don’t clap for the guy.

You dont always see it but i really like the camaraderie and sportsmanship between teams and team principals as a break from the aggressive competition. The Carlos and Zak shot was great!

That Lawson/Colapinto rumor is gaining some traction. I heard it mentioned on the pre-race show too. Seems like this one might be coming true. Speculation is always rampant in F1 but that rumor I think has some truth to it.

That's not a second hand in the Daytona. It's the chronometer hand which only moves when activated. The second hand is in the 6 oclock subdial.

Regarding the "seconds" hand on the Rolex - that's how chronograph watches work. What is traditionally recognized as the seconds hand only moves when you activate the chronometer function of the watch. Otherwise, the bottom sub-dial is the ongoing seconds hand, and you can see that it does in fact move in your photos.

after liam pitted and got behind sergio, sergio purposely held liam up. Not many saw that.

Lawson should have been promoted immediately after giving Perez the middle finger for both driving horribly, causing an incident, and calling him an idiot (though Lawson wouldn’t know that). I think Red Bull and RB should have immediately called both Perez and Lawson in to the pits so they could switch seats. This would be driven almost entirely by Perez doing absolutely nothing to reward the crazy hard work and spending that his supporters put in to continually keep his seat for this long. He was a complete embarrassment during that race. It was offensive. Lawson giving Checo his just desserts is just the straw that broke the camel’s back, because a rookie should not be able to righteously give you the finger due to your own poor driving.
