How to Sew two pieces of Crochet Using the Mattress Stitch

If you have two pieces of crochet to sew together, you may way to use the Mattress Stitch. A favorite when it comes to joining crocheted granny squares or crocheted clothing.

Thank you, yours is a fine demonstration! My project is a shrug 🤷🏻‍♀️ which starts out as a lace rectangle. The short sides of the rectangle are sewn to create sleeves and I will be using your seaming method.
