Does that include Celtic Sea salt? Thanks Rhonda.

I recently heard that mined salts contain higher levels of heavy metals. So, since have to choose our poison, which poison is better to choose?

Thankfully, and without considering retrospectively the info of this video, I've been using the readily available Redmond Real Salt, mined from ancient sea beds now located in landlocked Utah.

I was just about to go grocery shopping and was writing "salt" on my shopping list when this video popped up. I always use Pink Himalayan.

🤦🏽‍♀️Oh great, something else to avoid. Eating healthy feels like walking in a minefield.

What salt would you recommend to eat that doesn't have micro-plastics????

Thanks for this. I eat a pinch of sea salt with each glass of water. Will have to change. Celtic salt is also a mined salt.

Hello Rhonda. Thx for all your posts. Is Redmonds Real salt coffee considered with microplastics & metals?? Pls advise on your thoughts/research.

By any chance, do you know if it counts also for redmond sea salt? Cuz it is harvested in a mine under the surface.

All salt is sea salt. Its microplastic content just depends on its age. The biggest source of microplastucs in humans is tires, and there is nothing you can do to stop it. Have a wonderful day.🎉😊

Mining practices of Himalayan pink sal introduce its own toxins and Mortons iodized has anti caking additives and is stripped of other minerals.
Not such a clear statement.
