My teachers first explain then gives us time to write in class and they scold the student who writes notes while they are explaining.They give us sufficient time to write

It's half correct, making notes wastes times, making shorts notes saves time while revising.

Your advice is very practical Nishant because the exact same PDF we are getting from the online class so there is no need of writing the notes instead doing rough work and memorizing everything in the class works just fine.

the thing about making notes is completely game changing. i still remember when i was in 9th and 10th, i didn't used to make notes, but i still scored very well in those. now i make notes but sadly, i don't score well. but bhaiya, can you please make one more video about this topic for every subject? please, it's a request!

Exactly bhaiya this happened with me i filled many copies with notes but everytime i just studied with pdf provided and made shortnotes only of the chapters

That we should not make long descriptive notes as it's a time waste.

Notes are my way to learn concepts.I make notes during class(I usually watch recorded lectures so I pause to make notes).A lecture of 2hrs takes approx 2.5hrs with proper notes.And as the days go, I revise those notes day by day till the chapter ends and by the time it comes to an end, I'd have revised them 10-15 times.
So even if I visit after a month or two, I recall them easily.

I have made an efficient method other than this, i listen it in class and after the lecture is ended at home i recall the things and write it down like formulas and theory in own words which makes it very memorable.

I think we should not make notes during the class
But after class you can make your notes this will help you with two ways
1. Revision on same day
2. You will also understand that thing which you faced difficult to understand in class

I am trying this for a year, and really that's helpful, if you do revision on weekly basis then short notes during lecture are the best, but if you usually don't do much revision then it's highly dangerous
