I recommend the following steps:
- all participants in their own ship (to increase the chance).
- all vote Gold Hoarder emissary at the same time (to see if at least 2 ship toy appear at the same time)
- go to the Shipwright and put a Reaper mark flag (don't go up in the mast)

Works best if people are on the same time zone. Also, a good method to talk someone into giving you their ship, is to tell them you want their ship so you and a buddy can TDM each other.
Be sure to remove the "offer alliance", so randoms can't join.
If you are in an alliance, you cannot be server merged, but other ships can still spawn into your server, until you have control of all 6 ships.

ouif, they need to make a ship with atleast a 10 player capacity. it sucks trying to get 12 people on the same server.

I really hope they add new ships soon with bigger crews . This new update shows they can do it with flamehearts new ship . I'd love a 8 man ship 6-12 would be ideal

You can also equip the Reapers Mark flag from the shipwright which may save some time

I used to do this back in 2020 but instead just got find a solo sloop player and ask them very kindly or offer loot either or and have them invite and then they leave, it's actually rather simple

They need to make a ship with like 6 or 8 so we don’t have to take up the whole server with ships

Im confused... then why in the main menu do they say "Guild FLEET". I cant take a ship out and then have a buddy take another guild ship & follow me to the same server? Thats so dumb... why cant you have fleets

I really don't understand some of the decisions the devs made with this game. Why do they stop you just loading into a game with your friends where you all have a ship each if that's what you choose? Even if it's in a private lobby. And why is there no big team battle where each team has a number of ships each and a lot of players to act as crew. They seem like such obvious features I can't understand why they haven't thought to do it
