In this video, I’m explaining the verb ser - to be. Rather than explaining ser very generally as most people do, I explain ser as a verb (to be) that applies FACTUALLY/PERMANENTLY to someone or something. I go more in-depth in the video, but here are the most important uses of the verb ser. Of course, there are other uses of ser, like what something is made of and possessions, and they are not as important as the other uses listed below

1. Your name, nationality, and place of origin
2. Occupation
3. Traits
4. Generalizations
5. When and where are events taking place
6. Time and dates

Feel free to share this video with people you know who love learning languages or with people in general. I very much appreciate the support.

About me:

I’m Alex, and I’m a student at UNLV. As I major in Spanish, I advance in my linguistic skills, learn new concepts, and understand how learning within languages works. I’m fluent in Russian, Hebrew, and English, and I’m learning Spanish and German. I’m simply trying to make languages seem very easy.
