Laura, from Garden Answer on YouTube, has some videos about spider mite issues in her garden. She got predatory bugs from a company called Koppert to spread in her garden to get rid of them.

We have been living an amazing life off grid in our travel trailer with solar for the last three years and it is so wonderful!

Been watching Gridlessness for years. 7? 10?
Great fondness for Jeff but really lovely to see Rose by herself. 😊 Thank you for the insight.

Lady beetles
These tiny, oval, red and black insects are selective hunters that use visual and olfactory cues to find spider mites. Adult ladybugs can eat up to 100 spider mites per day.

Such a great video. I watch you regularly, however didn’t know about gridlessness. I watched another of theirs and subscribed. I’m 75 so the lifestyle is a dream, but we can all dream… right? Have a blessed day from Missouri USA.

We get spider mites in our greenhouse with the dryness, mist the plants as soon as you see them, they hate moisture. They are like little blood suckers, mist mist mist. They hate water. Also we grow sacrificial eggplants, everything loves them and leaves other things alone. Glad to see Rose, been loving their channel for quite a while and just found your channel, an old favourite and a new favourite 😊

I would so LOVE to see that wonderful wood stove in use - they touched on it once before (Rose baked a pie), but an in-depth video devoted to cooking/baking tips with wood would be incredible! Thank you for this video!

Awesome seeing you guys together!!! I have watched you for years and have also loved following Rose and her family adventures. While we aren't "homesteaders", since retiring, everything I have learned about growing, freezing and canning has come from watching and learning from you, Chelsea. Thank you for making things "simple" and achievable!!

You can buy bulk amounts of ladybugs who feast on spider mites. Or you can buy predatory mites for the specific pest you want to get rid of.
