Haven't seen an actual cheese pull in a while. Crust looked good, and Dave finally pulled the best piece of the pie on this one 7.8 is fair.

Hey Prez, to answer your question at the beginning, all pizza's in Chicago use a Chicago Style box. The chains use the box you're used to, it's called Michigan Style. The Michigan boxes are folded in advance and are stacked usually by the oven. The independents fold the box for each pizza after it's done.

That was an 8.1 all day long. Classic NY style. He's got a bug up his tuchus with a little puddle of oil in the middle. That oil does not detract from the pie at all.
You could tell that was a high quality pie, good ingredients, excellent crust. They was robbed!

That pizza was a MINIMUM 7.9..
A 0.1 is big when you're hovering that close to an 8.
Dave's body language and mannerisms and just the little things told me that he should have given it an 8.1/8.2 imo
