One of the few N64 games I really like. Thanks to Bruce for the request via Patreon.

The game asks your name and age when you begin so I still have my save file from when I was 12.

Great game.

I remember playing this when I was a kid. I always felt bad making the enemies cry when you shook them.

the N64 had such a great D-pad. Such a shame that hardly any games used it.

This channel is such a valuable resource - not only for finding out about games you haven't heard of, but also for giving context and interest to games you knew about, but were never going to seek out on your own.

I've discovered and rediscovered so many favourites on here, and man oh man - Mischief Makers is definitely one of them!

I just wanted to say thank you for doing these reviews and for your very professional style. It's more professional than the majority of "professional" reviewers on the internet, and your ability to not waste any time getting the point never ceases to impress me. Keep up the fantastic work.

The game is known in Japan as Yuke Yuke!! Trouble Makers and was published by Enix (pre Square buyout). Also I liked the Japanese box art.

I remember vividly enjoying and loving this game growing up as a little kid. I remember getting it for Christmas back in 1997, I don’t remember asking for the game so it was a surprise to me when I received it and it ended up among my favorite games for N64 along with Super Mario 64, Star Fox, and Yoshi Story. Those were the days.

My cousins had this on N64 so I played it all the time. Love it. One of my favorite games.

One of my all-time favourite soundtracks.

I was fine with this back in N64. I have trouble finding a comfortable set-up on modern controllers. Need like a 6 button Sega pad for easy C button access or something.

This is one of those N64 games that I've always heard about, but never played. I guess I should try to play it 'any way I can'. Cheers SNES drunk.

I rented this game from Blockbuster, and was captivated! It's definitely rough around the edges, but very endearing, and I had a great time playing it.
Glad to see you give this game some exposure!

People forget the N64 controller was the first mainstream controller with a thumbstick and fitted into your hand.

This is one of the best games I've ever played!
The shaking mechanic was really nice and it lead to much experimentation.
Also, this game has some of the best bossfights ever created.

C'mon, mate. The disposition on the N64 controller for Mischief Makers make the controller feel like a larger, more ergonomic, SNES pad.

Cheers.
