Expo go is not installed on device "small_ api_35" while running in offline mode.manually install expo go or run without -- offline flag (or expo -offliine environment variables).

When I run the doctor, it shows that Android SDK isn't found. anybody have any idea? I've already done the command line tools as recommended in a few google answers:
