Is the BMW M440i a BETTER performance convertible than a 2022 Audi S5?

The M440i is redesigned and BMW kept the convertible in the lineup. On the outside you will the oversized grill, optional 19in wheels, LED lighting and sport exhaust. O the inside you will be greeted to leather seating, a 12.3in infotainment screen, and M steering wheel. Under the hood is a 3.0L turbocharged inline-6 that produces 382 HP & is mated to a ZF 8-speed automatic. Is the BMW M440i a BETTER performance convertible than a 2022 Audi S5?

The buttons behind the gear selector is for blow heated air to the neck from the vents which located under the head rest not for heated seats,
You can control heated seats and ventilated seats from the same button on the middle dashboard.

Great car. Just received my 2022 440ix, arctic race blue w/moonshadow drop top. No comparison w/Audi S5 which has limited options when you compare the two. Quiet, powerful, great handling and solid. Pricey but worth

A manual tilt and telescopic steering wheel at 75k. I like the design overall and the grill give it more of a unique style rather than just being a 2 door 3.

Recently I was in the market for a used convertible. I looked at and drove the BMW 4 series (hard top convertible) and the Audi A5 series convertible. I know a car is a very personal and emotional decision, however for me there was no comparison. The Audi was head and shoulders above the BMW in comfort, handing, and feel. The BMW felt cheap on the interior compared to the luxury of the Audi. After a month and a long drive down the Blue Ridge Parkway in NC I know I made the best decision.

As much as I disliked the grill when it debuted, have to say it's grown on me and I actually like the look of it now!

They need to add a Nappa option. For $1k like the 5 series. That Sensatec and Vernasca really aren’t great. Durable yes, but not luxurious.
