A loyal jeep driver for a long time. I got sick they would not work with me on payments I could afford. The jeep had less than 3k miles and they could have easily forgiven me and taken the jeep back as a dealer demo. They could have then offered me a reasonable payment plan but they sold their liability quickly and put me in financial hell.

It is your time Stellantis you make poor choices forcing dealerships to not honor warranty work on a battery like my GF Compass. Claiming if the computer says anything else needs addressed you won’t replace the battery without the other work being done at the dealership. You treated me poorly then her. You treat employees badly and encourage the same of dealers now your In jeopardy Stellantis. I always believed a company should not be bailed out for mismanagement. So like me you may have to lose something.

I hope a US entrepreneur buys the jeep brand maybe dodge ram too and changes the name to doge just because that would be funny. That they remember the veterans that served our country and adored those brands. Return loyalty honesty and dignity to the Jeep name and undo what you have done. So disrespectful.

Interesting coincidence after posting the video. My gf’s car which had been fixed and running very well. Flashed a bunch of battery system codes again and went into limp mode. She had just watched the video. Smart cars might be to smart A for their own good. It’s still never going back to them for repairs, service, etc. I mentioned they put me in peril. Sold the upside down loan to another company. Another coincidence S sent me some account update bs in the mail came a day after the video.
