Mera pait bahut zyada badh gya tha, Bhook bilkul nhi Lagti thi, Heart mein dard rehta tha, pait ko kam karne k Liye bahut Nuskhe khaye, Exercise bhi ki Lekin koi fayda nhi hua, bahut zyada preshan ho gya tha, Lekin sirf Ek hee Hathyar bacha tha aur woh ye Oil, Ghee, Tali hui cheez, band nhi ki sirf kam kardi aur sirf 30 minute walk ki aur sabse badi baat jo aakhri Hathyar tha woh ye k 24 ghante mein sirf ek baar khana khaya karta था मतलब ये अगर सुबह 11 बजे खाना खाया तो अगले दिन 11 बजे ही खाना खाया, फिर बीच मे कुछ भी नही खाता था, 3 महीने मे पुरी बॉडी का वज़न ख़तम हो गया कहीं भी चर्बी नही बची भूक भी जबरदस्त लगने लगी।
