I replaced all my cartridges and only the black isn't working . I cleaned the head 3 times and it still doesn't work

I had the same problem on my Epson XP5100 (no printing even with new cartridges), I tried all the possible fixes I could find on YouTube, none of the fixes worked, I ended up trashing the printer, no more Epsons for me, probably going back to H-P.

I am not able to get my brand new epson cartridges to be recognized by my epson printer. These cartridges are not cheap! I just don’t understand, I have cleaned and restarted etc…

The alcohol trick really worked for me. I also had to replace 2 ink cartridges. I also did the nozzle and head check/cleaning. It can be so frustrating when things don't work as they should. Now i have to figure out why my scanner is separating my page. smh
