VpN's cause trouble. Try turning off off or pausing your VPN

I would also add be sure that your computer is updated with the most recent update available. That's what worked for me.

I have the EcoTank ET-8500 & connecting my Android 13 Samsung tablet to the printer via WiFi is glitchy with the Epson Smart Panel app. Despite the printer having a good WiFi connection to the router. So I got it to work by connecting to the printers IP address.

Print out page: Check Network Connection gives Error code (E-6) with "MAC Address Filtering Check"=Fail. I am not using a MAC, so why does it think I am? Have wasted numerous hours trying to get this stupid printer to work. Too late to call for support; will try again tomorrow morning or will just return back.
