Here in Cali I have NEVER had a problem with IN and OUT employees they are usually very professional. Don’t really know where you’ve been having your IN and OUT to call out the entire customer service sector like that. 🤷🏻‍♀️

In-N-Out Burger is definitely the best burger chain ever. Friendly service, quality meals, and I've never had a single employee mess up my order. The one drawback is the lines are long, but that just means that In-N-Out is the best!

I'm very happy the East got the chance to try out the best burgers from West Coast!

my best guess is that that bun has some really quality ingredient in it like a butter cream or cream or both, special thousand island sauce, maybe a better cream, and the meat a percentage of pork which is alarming because they'LL let you order the patties medium-rare or rare, overall something to do with Freshness👨🏼‍💻🤰🏻
