Having never met a person from Singapore, I gotta say that they've impressed me with how genuinely nice they appear to be. I think one of the underrated things you get to do while traveling is meet a bunch of cool people with all these different kind of cultures.

Quick fact: The Singapore Flyer is not actually the biggest Ferris Wheel anymore. That title was given to The High Roller in Los Vegas in 2014. Soon it will go to the Dubai Eye in Dubai. :-D

I never realized the stark contrast between Hindu and Buddhist temples before. I think if you had shown the Buddhist one first it just would have seemed normal and very fancy, but compared to the Hindu one I was like... where are all the colors??
