Please make how to screen cast netflix or prime to TV without black screen. It has something to do with copyright prevention but it prevents me to watch in on my TV!

I don't see the camera icon when I downloaded the extension for Netflix. I put in the website for it to be enabled but it still doesn't work. Any help?
