Swelling and a long noodle like bump appeared several days after I had tear trough fillers and it literally took over a year for my under eyes to look normal again. It's been over two years now snd the filler still hasn't completely gone away (I was told it lasts up to 3 years). Having allergies causes fluid retention which filler can be make way worse since it attracts water. I've literally only seen one injector on YouTube talking about this. So many are unaware.

Hi Doctor Somji, do you think there are long term effects of fillers that we haven’t discovered yet? Doctors themselves never get fillers so this makes me a bit concerned to be honest
