Very educational video. Excellent suggestions!! I pick up my 3 grandchildren (9 y/o and 5 y/o twins) from school each day, and stay with them until one of the parents comes home from work. All three exhibit boundary and obedience issues. Shopping with them is a nightmare. I look forward to implementing some of your suggestions. Thanks for this informative video!!
