There seems to be some confusion on what type of screen this is, is it a IPS or VA
the LG site says IPS but LG has told reviewers that thats the wrong info and it's a VA
that would make sense as the viewing angle is lower than the other IPS ones

Okay after testing this
it's a VA screen not a isp as LG say
it's 3840x2160 4k and is very good as a PC screen

one thing LG needs to do is update web os 3 to use a mouse right click to open settings or home
a mouse works with left click and wheel but you need the remote to open home then click the mouse to do what you want to do
this is not good
