Simulink and MATLAB are used to implement model predictive control (MPC) of a nonlinear process. The nonlinear system is an exothermic reactor with a potential for run-away reaction and a large temperature excursion.

Hello, I am doing research on NMPC methods, we have developed a novel method in our research group and it would be very nice to have a comparison to existing methods. May I ask which method was used for this? Additionally, if I understood correctly the optimization is solved by the server, but it would be nice to have a benchmark in execution time so implementing the method locally would give a better insight, is there code for it? Thank you
