The straw hats have been told many times that Luffy was killed or defeated but they never believed that and now the same was told to Charlotte family for Katakuri and feels good thay they dont believe its true that he was defeated
Makes it look like despite Big Mom being a shitty parent, they still had each others back in the end of the day

Katakuri is absolutely showing up in the final war to save Luffy's ass. Mihawk knew instantly why Luffy was the most dangerous person since Roger: being able to make friends out of your worst enemies is the strongest ability in the world. More than devil fruits, more than haki. Luffy is the most dangerous person on earth because of that and that alone.

We haven't seen the last of Katakuri, and his return? It's gonna be intensely badass

The whole family can't grasp the reality for their brother's defeat. But Katakuri accepts it, and even Luffy respects that

The most interesting part of this is the reason for Brulle to reveal that information, she understands Katakuri and she understands that he respects Luffy and their fight, she didn't want to give Luffy credit for the win, but Katakuri would have. There is a good reason for Brulle to be Katakuri's favourite little sister.

The fact that she admitted that luffy beat Katakuri fair and square really shows how much respect and care she has for him because he would admit that he lost the fight because he’s a man of honor

Things I loved about this scene:
1. Brulle delivering the news of Katakuri's defeat bec she understands that Katakuri would give much credit and respect to Luffy
2. Oven bursting into flames while giving orders. All fired up and ready to fight for revenge for his brother. That's how much he respects Katakuri.

Brulee is a truly underrated character. She's extremely loyal, but very honest, and she carries so much genuine love for her siblings despite her fucked up upbringing. I honestly can't see her as a villain, she just acts according to what she believes is right and what she was raised to believe is right.

You know, if they weren’t family, this kind of news would be an absolute morale breaker, and everyone would probably have just given up them and there knowing that the unbeatable Katakuri has been defeated. Unfortunately for Luffy and Sanji, they are family, and now they’re *mad*
