- first time a wildcard team (and beat a korean team) to reach the quarterfinals

- action packed and down to the wire SKT vs ROX semifinal (that Ashe arrow, that MF support and that Bengi comeback)
- an extremely surprisingly even grand final with silver scrapes (with SSG coming back from 0-2 to tie the series)
- SKT emerges as the ultimate best team in the world

Skt vs Rox was the real finals let be real. That has got to be the best BO5 I've ever seen in the history of League of legends. The mechanical plays were just Insane from both teams.

I know a lot of people, even friends who just really were disappointed that SKT won. However, watching both semifinals and finals with them, there never was a closed mouth when SKT took their lead.

SKT, despite winning probably too much, they have proven themselves among all the teams in the world that they are the best. I'm a huge fan of SKT, love them to death and even I can confess that it would have been nice to have a new face win, but you can't deny the fact that SKT have EARNED their wins.

Probablly the best worlds I have ever seen, every team played to their best(even the wild cards, which was very impressive), and it wasn't even 1 sided. Hopefully next season, everyone gets better and make season 7 better. GG WP @ every team from every region.

Best worlds in my opinion. Level of competition we saw was the best League as ever offered. The most insane upsets happened all the while the best still reigned supreme.

I remember watching skt crush royal three years ago at the exact spot. It's all like a dream. Just unbelievable to me that a team have won 3 championship titles out of 6. Gotta love SKT.
