I think this video is strongly bittersweet for those of us who grew up with parents whose relationship was far more antagonistic than loving (my most dominant memories of my parents' interacting with each other are listening from upstairs as a downstairs argument escalated from raised voices to shouting, followed by the heavy thumping of my dad knocking my mom around the room). This video makes me smile and even laugh, but it also creates a longing for a childhood, and adulthood, that never was and never can be.
