OK, so I did exactly what you said, open drawer all the way, hand either side & pull up - it worked. Put the drawer back, exactly as you did. HOWEVER, along the way, something has changed. Now, when I open the drawer, it is no longer attached to the runner in the same way that it was before so it often comes out too far then doesn't close properly!
Looking further down the comments, I note someone mentions the need to release a plastic clip.
Not exactly a great "how to" video if half the information is missing.

I’ve been a cabinet maker for 50 years and have come to love under mount slides, but a friend had trouble with one like this. I don’t used these drawers and slides and your video helped me remove his slide in 30 seconds. Thanks.
