Basic Shell Script to Rename Files within a Directory

Shell script is an effective way to perform some interactive operations with operating system usually with unix kernel. We can also access the bash shell in windows platform and do same operations but basically batch scripting is used in windows. In this video we will look at a small shell script with conditional and looping logic to perform the file rename.
