I’m confused how he calls himself a billionaire! His company maybe worth $3 billion but first he has partners, and second just like RE the $3 billion value isn’t actually what he owns, there are liabilities.

HR totally is useless. They discriminate and hire Not on credentials and experience but based on WHO THEY LIKE And because of that companies are getting successfully sued with their reputation which is worse than actual paying a huge settlement. Deepest thanks to Ken for making this video - before I tear it to pieces. There is a surge of Boomer driven business transformations based around the concept of better utilizing years worth of investment in data. The use of AI, offshoring, application modernization, scorecarding, KPI usage, and all the low hanging consulting fruits is now becoming widespread. However there is an 80% to 90% failure rate in many of these data related projects that is not being talked about. Record breaking profits are being achieved in the same way that LTCM was one of the largest investment firms of the 1990s before going completely bankrupt, nearly taking the financial system with it. Models are dangerous in the wrong hands. Far more dangerous are managers without training in how to use these technologies properly. Warren Buffett called such tools financial weapons of mass destruction very appropriately. I sincerely hope that Ken's digital transformation achieves some level of success but the odds of yet another manager being fooled by code and slick consultants is high. In his shoes I would be doing some serious risk mitigation effort.
