Can someone help, i lifted a weight with my right arm above my head, While i was holding on to a second weight with my left arm. And i heard kind of like a pop in my neck. And ive been in extreme pain for 9 hours now. Its kindof hard to raise my left arm. And if i lift or reach something with my left arm, the pain is excruciating.
