E-006 - Error 6 - Joyor Scooter Communication Error

Error E-006 that should show up on the display indicating that a wire has broken or that a component has been damaged an requires repair / replacement.

Frustrating to get any kind of help from this specific brand joyor, my problem is that the LCD throttle only powers on when plugged-unplugged whether the charging port or the 5 pin connector, when it's powered on works flawlessly but once powered off I have to repeat the same process plug-unplug, it started happening after replacing the headlight, now the lights can be turned on/off even when the scooter is powered off

I just bought a scooter from joyer and my heart sank when a piece was broken off. There was also some kind of computer chip in the package that I can't identify. I emailed the after sale email on the website. Does any one know how long they usually take to respond?

I did have an error 5 but afyer giving it a good charge, i now get an error 0, what is an error 0

If the controller has a problem, wouldn't it give you error code 3?

Hello question, e-006 error. We use it even raining as school service. After a week weve been experiencing e-006. We opened and notice just a little moist we suspect due to getting wet from rain. That is why we open to check wires and see no problems except a lil moist no burnt or cut wahtever. We blow dry heat it as well. We check throttle open it as well no problem. But still experience it. But now when we open the headlight it triggers e-006. What do u suggest is the problem?

Error is also due to the lights being on without you hitting the power button on the remote. I thought I had an issue but turns out you just need to press the start button on the remote and the lights will stay on and you won't get an error 6

i bought earlier brand new electric scooter the brand is (DOUBLE D VA400), then today is my 1st ride..then E-6 also appeared when I tried to click my throttle and do not work..but from my 3 try, it's back to E-0 and it works..
its that normal or i will back the unit from the shop i bought?
