E-001 - Error 1 - Joyor Scooter Motor Error

Error E-001 an indication shown on the display indicating that there is a Motor fault. While the damage most of the time ends up physical, be sure to check throughly.

Get the same fault, I changed the hall sensor. And at the same time damaged green wire.

So i was riding uphill when i noticed my motor had this fault. And ever since it doesn’t ride at all really and just keeps bringing up this error code… i never did anything for the wire to come out? Is it possible the error code means i burnt out the motor? Could you make a video on how you did all of this ?

le fabricant n'a pas voulu prendre en charge ma trottinette ils n'ont pas voulu la réparer ils m'ont proposé d'acheter une nouvelle trottinette au même prix que j'ai acheté celui-ci alors que le produit est sur garantie constructeur 2 ans quelle grosse arnaque il pouvait le réparer ils m'ont fait croire que c'était impossible de changer le câble moteur qu'il fallait absolument acheter une autre trottinette que c'est pas réparable

the manufacturer did not want to take charge of my scooter they did not want to repair it they offered me to buy a new scooter at the same price as I bought this one even though the product is under manufacturer's warranty 2 years what a big scam he could repair it they made me believe that it was impossible to change the motor cable that it was absolutely necessary to buy another scooter that it is not repairable
