Finally, more pitch meetings reactions. I like watching them, but not alone is better

So, found out recently that the lady who got really brutally attacked in Jurassic World originally wasn't supposed to be the one to get that, but the actress actually was really, really hyped about it and wanted to be the one attacked. Which, I've always found that scene silly, but... heck, you go queen, live your dreams I guess! I respect the dedication!

Ryan George put more effort into writing his skits than the damn Jurassic movie writers!

If you rewatch the chase scene with the rex, you’ll be able to see that they couldn’t escape because Muldoon wasn’t able to get the car in the right gear. In other words, he couldn’t make it go faster than a threshold, so the rex was able to keep up.

3:38..I just noticed that when R.G stops talking about the comedy bit he looks directly at the camera instead of just off to the side, such a funny part of the whole video.

There is a short film that was released called battle at big rock. It takes place after the events of fallen kingdom where a family tries to survive a dinosaur attack while camping in the woods somewhere in northern California. Its actually really well done with practical animatronics and cgi dinos. It has a horror tone reminiscent of Jurassic park.

They explain the 2nd island a bit better in the book. Creating the dinosaur embryos is such a difficult technology to utilize that it has a high failure rate. So they have to make GIANT batches just to have a few viable embryos. The 2nd island is the giant, ugly industrial farm that produces only a few viable eggs, then some of those eggs are taken to the boutique lab on the main island which is the pretty face of how the work is done. The boutique lab is just a show for investors and tourists.

Lex was fumbling for the switch to turn off the flashlight. She wasn't waving it around on purpose. Also, when people are scared shitless they can't think straight most of the time, unless they have training to deal with extreme situations. So, covering up the light until she found the switch didn't occur to her.

I just love how Jaby justifies some points (evil points) and it actually makes sense. 😅

As a child. I saw the first Jurassic Park on TV. The year after the official release and for years and years I had nightmares about the t-rex. it still happens to me every now and then😂

Not sure where you got the info on the Jurassic Park III director, but that was Joe Johnston, who'd already directed Honey I Shrunk the Kids, October Sky, The Rocketeer and Jumanji by the time he did Jurassic Park III. He went on to direct Captain America: The First Avenger. He got his start in VFX and art design on the original Star Wars trilogy, as well as Raiders of the Lost Ark.

To my knowledge, he did not work on the first Jurassic Park film.

A correction: Jurassic Park III wasn’t Joe Johnston’s first movie in the director’s chair nor was he an AD in the previous two films. He had been a director for years at that point with titles such as “Honey, I shrunk the kids”, “The Rocketeer”, and “Jumanji” under his belt.

So it wasn’t a ‘big jump’ that he took on the job.

T-Rex loose in San Diego was awesome! It was fun to see a T-Rex on a rampage eating people in a city.

The cocaine bear pitch meeting is another one of Ryan's greats! You've gotta react to it too

The T-Rex Vision thing has always been funny to me because it's very probably that T-Rex's had the best eyesight of any organism ever. Eyesight is actually generally associated with the size of the eye or at least that determines the upper limit for their capacity. And T-Rex may have had the biggest eyes of any predator that uses vision that we have ever found.

I am very thankful that Spielberg put that San Diego part in it, that was my favorite part as a teen, the scene with the man getting eaten trying to open the door and the dog barking was awesome!

( Still never made any sense that everyone on that ship died)

I was hoping for another scene like that in Jurassic world since it had so many people, but Jurassic world wasn't horror, it was too much action-adventure, I never really felt any tense moments.

So many technologies and innovations came out of making these movies for sure. Spielberg and Lucas came up during a time where plot holes didn’t matter 😂
