Tom Watson says PM is 'disgraceful' and calls for referendum before election

The deputy Labour party leader said Boris Johnson was 'worse than Thatcher' in a speech at the Creative Industries Federation in London on Wednesday as he called for a referendum before a general election. Watson said: 'There is no such thing as a good Brexit deal' and urged his party to 'unequivocally back remain'.

If you really believed all that tosh Mr Watson you’d agree to a general election and put it to the people. But you won’t, because you’re scared stiff of the electorate (which includes millions of Labour voters who want Brexit).
This is from today’s ComRes poll:
1) The majority of the British public (54%) agree that irrespective of whether or not they voted to leave the EU, the 2016 Referendum result must be respected.
2) Around half the British public (49%) do not want Brexit to be delayed for a further three months to 31 January 2020, whilst less than three in ten (29%) do want it to be delayed.
3) Of those who voted to remain in the 2016 referendum, 35% said they now wanted Brexit to be implemented without further delay.
Your bluster and weasel words count for nothing Mr Watson. The people must be allowed to decide. So try and find your backbone...it should be easier now you’ve lost all that weight.
