Thank you so much for sharing your story. I live in India and I really think that we need LGBT role models here. Nobody in my society, friends and family are interested in talking about it. You are clearly helping so many people. You have a beautiful and an honest soul. I love your videos and your mom is so understanding and brave. I know how much pressure there could be from your relatives and social circle on your parents. But people who have you in their lives are very lucky. Good luck with everything you do I your life.

I appreciate your advocacy and outreach so much! I work in High Tech in the US and work with many Indians here and abroad. I'll keep my eyes and ears open for parents and for children who may be struggling with LGBTQ family members. Thank you for doing this! <3

I'm a gay practising Catholic, now elderly, with an international circle of friends and I know how difficult it is with traditional religious teaching to stand clear of the very inadequate interpretations which prevail and are held to be unchangeable. That distortion of what the great religions basically teach and the traditional family and social customs which have grown up over the years, make it specially hard for the sexual minority to find acceptance. The work you're doing is of enormous importance and your presentation, motivation and general energy are brilliant. I do congratulate you and wish you every blessing and success. I had to post this - I was so impressed by your video.

I don't know if you will understand how much i relate to what you said...I am Indian too and i was so afraid because once my brother got married my parents were starting to look for potential brides for me and i was not about to ruin some poor girl's life by hiding the truth... so i came out to my mum after long deliberation.. Even though we are recent immigrants to the US plus being christians.... she was supportive and did not freak out ( although like all indian parents she is afraid of what society will think and doesn't want me to tell anybody else or be open about it in any way) ..and i haven't come out to my dad or brother yet because that is a completely different story...

Thank you for sharing with us, coming out is a very difficult process and journey which has no beginning and no end, this makes life much more meaningful for souls like us who transcend every moment of every day.  Personally, I think being LGBTI is a spiritual journey that helps us to fulfil our life purpose in so many ways, we are blessed in the most non-conventional ways and I feel grateful to be an Asian Lesbian, and do not really feel we are born it in the genetic sense, but chose to be it, to be more compassionate and give unconditional love.  This is beautifully shown by the gentle man who shares his story in such an unconditional way, no matter what.  Thank you to you both, continue this journey and I support you with all my soul xx

Thank you very much for your vidéo. I enjoy listening to you and I recognise myself into it. Similar process to my experience (I'm from a gujrati muslim family ) living in France. And also not to feel alone or isolated. You help LGBTQ people in so many ways and also others to open eyes of diversity . I am very touched by your courage and story.

Just came across your videos today and I never thought there is someone out in this world who is punjabi and is out. Man you have gone through a lot and I know how it feels like to be gay in a punjabi family.
My story is ...I am 32, not out, punjabi Sikh guy, living in Australia . No one knows my sexuality accept a few friends, but no one in the family .
I really want to tell the world out that yes I am gay . That's it . I don't want any sympathy from anyone . Just want my family to accept it.

I think you have an advantage being Sikh because you don't have any scriptures saying you'll burn in hell for being gay. At the same time the family honor side of things is harsher.
