Night Film is still on my shelve too . Here are 3 from my list : The Prague Cemetery by Eco; Tsalmoth by Brust (#16 in a series); & A Slight Trick Of The Mind by Cullin summer fun !!

I just finished What Lies in the Woods and it was a fun read. I'm in the mood for more of that - spooky woods filled with monsters, human or fantasical. Also have a couple books with a road trip or a "return to their family home" scenario that are have strong summer vibes. I want to finally read The Wind in the Willows. And some summer themed middle grade and YA books so I can pass them on to my grandkids before they get too old or too cool to consider reading those age categories.

I really enjoyed Entangled Life. It's a good book for, as you say, reading a bit at a time, but it wasn't a difficult book to keep picking up. My geeky science heart loved it.
