Fox News treated Bernie Sanders and Tulsi Gabbard better than MSDNC did.

“You work for the people that pay you” incredibly accurate

Matt Taibbi had a compelling line in his book Hate, Inc., basically that even biased news organizations mostly tell the truth--except it's a very limited version of the truth catering to their audience.

This is pretty bad analysis. The data is about the partisan leaning of the VIEWERS. Krystal and Saagar are talking about the partisan leaning of the CONTENT, which is different, and is not explored in the survey data. It may very well be the same, but this data doesn't support that.

Sager: "you work for the people that pay you."

Yes, giant Corporations funded by advertising from other giant Corporations, many of which are in the MIC.

Really splitting hairs here between Fox and MSNBC. No one should be wasting their time with either one.

I remember Rachel Maddow hugging Hillary Clinton after a debate in 2016.🤣

The pollsters should have also asked how many people get their news from non MSM sources. That would have been interesting.

I'm independent and I never, ever watch MSNBC or CNN. I watch Independent Progressive news--Jimmy Dore, Kim Iverson, Gordon Dimmick, Michael Tracy, Aaron Maté, Graham Elwood, and I watch Crosstalk on RT with Peter Lavelle, and I check in with Tucker Carlson pretty regularly. And I watch Rising, and there is no one I agree with 100% of the time. Carlson just did a segment on Julian Assange with Glenn Greenwald (I agree with him 99.9% of the time). I read 30-40 comments under that segment and they were 100% in support of Assange, his work, and advocating for his pardon. Not a single comment in what I read was negative. So say what you will about Fox, at least one commentator on that network supports free speech, freedom of information, and the free Press. P.S. I think I started watching Tucker because he had Glenn Greenwald on to talk about the surveillance state when no one else on MSM would.

Of course MSNBC is the more partisan than FOX. Where is their Bret Baier and Chris Wallace, who are known to ask tough questions?

They're both a million times more partisan than they OUGHT to be! 😤😤

What this conveniently papers over is that all of them are completely in the bag for the Fortune 500.

With Fox you’ll get conservative viewpoints. With MSDNC, you’ll get DNC talking points and Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Every progressive knew this already.

Kinda surprised by ABC, CBS, and NBC. Maybe they do straight reporting without commentary.

Why purchase their product (commercial time) when they are so hateful to him? I would not buy from a company that hated me either.

The customers of the corporate-media aren't looking for reporting that objectively informs them, or challenges their biases.
They want a "curated" presentation that confirms and concertizes their preconceptions, and which flatters them.

any Bernie supporter could have told you this Foxe's Bernie hosted Q and A was infinitely fairer then anything MSNBC has put out.

they're not preaching to the choir, they're paying for their favorable coverage they get on Fox / MSNBC

I have said this about MSNBC for years and this poll clinches it.

If you think corporate media is going to have your best interest in mind you have the naivete of a child.
