INSANELY USEFUL, exactly the video i needed - not so in depth to feel lost but provides all the information needed to understand adjustment without needing to understand the full mechanics of the system

This is a great start for beginners. I'd like to add a few things that DO MATTER! 1.) Air temperature change makes a huge difference it runs great in cold air and crappy when it's hot this is why! Cold air is denser and uses a richer mix. If you ride more in the hotter weather then you should lean out the air/fuel mix. REMEMBER

Thank you for this really helped me out a lot with tuning my motorized scooter, just upgraded the carburetor on it and had issues with it bogging up hills or stalling on open throttle. Got it running okay now still needs more tuning.

Thank you for your insight. I have taken on the task of pulling the carbs off my Kawasaki Vulcan 750. Took them apart cleaned them and now putting them back together with all new o-rings, cleaned all the jets not replacing any off them. Changed one float valve on the rear carb but left the front alone. Will deffinetly be using your knowledge given to adjust them when I get them back on the bike.
Thank you.

Thanks! I'm nearly 60 and made it through the carburetor age without issue. My 1965 Cub Cadet and 2002 Honda mowers have never had issues. Garaged and always fueled. Got an '81 Honda Passport and '71 Trail 90 and suddenly I need to know everything there is to know about small-bore carbs! Liked and subscribed!! AWESOME (yes, I'm screaming)

These guys are awesome. I've purchased multiple items from them and they were easy to get on the phone and were able to answer my questions quickly and accurately. They have my business!

Brilliant info thanks, my bike is running good and idling fine all the way up to full throttle and then bond down but I've tried all sorts, just wondering if it's something simple that I'm missing

So if I’m running a carb with the mixture screw on the airside and get 3 1/2 screws out from bottom, I need to go up a jet?
