Ingredients:

250 grams palabok noodles
1/4 kilo shrimp
150 grams squid
150 grams pork fat
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 small red onion (minced)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
1 piece shrimp broth cube
1 piece tinapa (for tinapa flakes)
1 - 3 tbsp annatto seeds
3 cups water

For the squid : minced garlic,
grated ginger,
vinegar,
soy sauce

slurry : 2 tbsp cornstarch & 3 tbsp flour
1/2 cup water

Other toppings : chicharon bits,
roasted garlic,
green onions,
boiled egg,
calamansi
