Why Israel’s attack on Iran is being played down by both sides

After days of tension and calls for calm, Israel's response to Iran's unprecedented drone and missile strike appeared carefully calibrated to avert a wider war.

Iran activated air defence batteries in several provinces early this morning.

There were reports of explosions near an air base in the city of Isfahan, where Iranian state TV said three drones were shot down.

The city is close to several important military sites, including the Natanz nuclear enrichment facility, which the International Atomic Energy Agency says was not damaged.

Even the reaction from Tehran was muted.

Iam really confused !!! Does Israel achieve any success against Hamas ??? Except killing over 35K civilians most of them children and women right ??
How would Israel then start a war with IRAN or LEBANON !!! If it doesn’t find success against some soldiers named Hamas, how would the think they gonna achieve any success against GIANTS like Iran ?

Think of a scenario: someone came into your house as a guest and you let them stay. But within a few days he said that he's also the owner of the house, and after a few more days he kicked you out of YOUR OWN HOUSE.

The same thing happened with the people of Palestine, they were the house owner and now Israel forcefully trying to kick them out of their own lands.
