3 ways to get MEDITATION MOMENTS into your day:
1️⃣ Use your hobby (🏃♀️🎨🏌️♀️🧑🍳🚴🎣🛼👨🌾) to center your mind on a single task.
Make running, cooking, rollerskating, or whatever you like to do, the ONLY thing you focus on for a few minutes.
2️⃣ Laser-focus on one of your senses (👀👃👂👄🖐).
FEEL the warmth from a cup of coffee, HEAR the sound of cars driving by, TASTE those chips and salsa before you take the next bite.
3️⃣ Take an everyday action 🚪 like opening a door and make it a reminder to be in the present.
So each time you turn on a light or look at the clock, remind yourself to breathe and come back to the present.
