Get a scope camera you can use it to look inside the wall after making a smaller incision in the wall thus keeping you from doing a bunch of big patches

I am a plumber. I was had a call that the customer’s tub that was installed over an overhang was draining directly onto their dining room ceiling. I opened the overhang and discovered that a squirrel had chewed thru the drain trap, causing the wastewater to drain directly to the ceiling below. Left nice little chew marks.

You guys are so good I almost wish I had rats! Well not in the house. Occasionally they show up on the farm in the chicken house and I immediately get on top of it and eliminate every one. Otherwise as the twins have shown many times - total destruction is imminent. These videos are so valuable to homeowners and exterminators alike. Hats off these professionals. Keep up the good work.

I’m a 35 year Master Plumber. I pulled a drain trap out of the wall this week 2/18/22. That pipe had been chewed on from inside the pipe.

Holy crap. I may have one of those! Super loud metallic scratching noises recently started happening behind the faucet in the spare bathroom shower that I never use that has mystified me. Time to turn on the water and see what happens… 😬
