Thank you, Chef! I've learned so much from you. For instance, I didn't know about adding tomato paste before the liquid. I always made soups and added after the liquid. Please keep the tips coming! I hope your diabetes is under control. My husband has Type 2. He had to change up his diet quite a bit. He used to love pasta and bread. He lost a lot of weight and feels better. I'm a vegetarian. I finally figured out to ask my butcher to cut ribs into “shorts” when using them in a bolognese to cut the cost. I think they are fabulous in “gravy” but the rest thought it was a wild meat taste. More for me.
