I live in Murmansk) Come to us, we have something to see) in Winter and skiing, snowboarding you can go. You can ride a snowmobile on a dog sled, see the Northern lights, feel the real Russian winter) and in the summer we have light 24 hours a day, and sometimes even hot +30°C, beautiful nature.

My great uncle, Hugh Stewart. My grand fathers brother, a chief engineer in the merchant navy (union castle line). Was torpedoed three times during WW2. Was on several convoys to Murmansk and Archangel during WW2. He was torpedoed on one convoy to Murmansk, he managed to survive by " cross decking". He lost most of his friends during the war. He had huge respect for the Russian people and the sacrifices they made during WW2.
Sadly he died in 1989 so never got his artic convoy medal from the Russian government. I know it would meant everything to him.
I'm glad he's not alive today to see the idiotic anti Russian propaganda that the people in the west are subjected to.
He often told me about his experiences (my mother wasn't interested😡), I was and have never forgotten.

It is never completely dark for 24 hours a day in Murmansk. The sun just doesn't come above the horizon, but there is some light every day during the winter.

Cool, strange part of the planet to visit. I would be so curious to cross between Russia and Norway borders then drive down south. Some places that people never think of visiting but are unique.

Music too loud, cannot hear you....had to turn on captioning to understand a word.

Do you think when you put music in the background? And then - "Victory Day, I smell of gunpowder, with tears in my eyes ..." is not in the subject set, much not in the topic. Greetings from Russia.

How did you end up in Murmansk? I watched some of your other videos where you said you were a Maersk cadet, was this trip something to do with that?

That chocolate bar at 2:10 is terrifying.

At 0:30 into the footage - Subway store. Purely in the interest of accuracy, and not to criticise or nit-pick, the correct pronunciation is ‘sendvichi’. Sincere and best to all,

Mumramsk shit.
Здесь жизнь говно цены высокие зарплаты низкие хлеб стоит 100 рублей а зарплата 20 000 в оутчем случаи . А о медицине я вообще молчу. Лет 40 максимум и смерть . а ещё мало кислорода и очень холодно .
