You bring up stuff that i wouldn't consider just reading the math book straight away, as if you are walking through the steps of learning from the students point of view. Also makes me wonder if we convert an entire undergrad/grad education into youtube form - the debate over pedagogical medium. Thanks for the video!

I can see the sum of the two vectors (second example) as a difference of the first one to the opposite of the second one. And use the connection of the tips to get the result.
a + b = a - (-b)
