to me the biggest problem is the time commitment. it sucks to be in a lobby with a 35/5 jett and your teammates don't surrender. there's just nothing you can do except sit there and lose for 30-40 minutes. i wish there was a way to stop it from happening during these games. i'm in silver 1 trying to get better at the game but smurfs make it so difficult to progress in the rankings that it just feels like a waste of time.
